Verification Instructions

According to our Terms of Service (terms 5.1.e and 9.5) we are authorized to request certain documents at any time, at random. Two cases in which documents are always required are the following:


Withdrawal (Eazy) Verification:


In order to make a successful withdrawal, your account information must be verified. This verification needs only be done once, after which you will be able to withdraw INSTANTLY, once per day, forever!


You will need to provide:

  1. Your government issued ID, Driver’s License or Passport and.
  2. A recent (up to 3 mo. old) Utility Bill, billed to your name.


Please enclose these two documents in an e-mail and send it over to our Banking (click here to email). Standard picture file formats are accepted, as well as .pdf files. Please do not compress the files as any .rar, .zip or similar files are not accepted due to security reasons. The documents will be reviewed as soon as possible, you will receive an e-mail notifying you as soon as the review is complete.



Credit Card Verification:


The Credit Card method of deposit requires that any cards being used be verified first.


In order to verify your card, we must request that you send us the following documents:

  1. Your government issued ID, Driver’s License or Passport,
  2. A recent (up to 3 mo. old) Utility Bill, billed to your name,
  3. Front and back scans of the credit card you intend to use (please do not forget to hide/cover your CSV number from the back of your card) and
  4. A filled out and signed Faxback Form click here to download.


Please enclose these two documents in an e-mail and send it over to our Banking (click here to email). Standard picture file formats are accepted, as well as .pdf files. Please do not compress the files as any .rar, .zip or similar files are not accepted due to security reasons.


If you had previously performed the Eazy Verification, or if you already have a verified Credit Card on record, you can skip the first two documents (ID and Utility Bill) as we already have them on file.


As soon as we have all the documents and after we match them to your account,you will have full access to the Credit Card option in the Cashier menu. Faxback review is usually done within 3 to 5 working days. You will be notified of you status via email.
